ef999 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form the legal agreement between the ef999 platform and its users. By using the ef999 website or opening an account, you are considered to have fully accepted all of these terms.

ef999 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services for Bangladeshi users. All services available on this platform are subject to these terms.

2 Account Registration

ef999 may at any time request the following documents to verify a user's age and identity:

• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Other government-issued ID if required

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are advised not to share your password with anyone and to change it regularly.

• Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
• Transferring or selling your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
• Once suspicious activity is reported, ef999 will take immediate action to protect the account.

ef999 will not be held liable for any loss caused by third-party access if the user themselves granted that access or was negligent in maintaining security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are supported for Bangladeshi users on the ef999 platform:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

Deposit and withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Estimated withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes

ef999 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. The payment details provided must match the name and information registered on the account.

In cases of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transactions, ef999 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ef999 offers a welcome bonus for new members and regular promotions for existing members. Each bonus offer has its own terms that must be read carefully.

Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit gets ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳16,000 deposit gets ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000

Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• A user cannot receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, both accounts will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.

ef999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time. Users will be notified in advance before any changes take effect.

7 Fair Play Policy

ef999 is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of every result.

• Playing games with the help of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence is prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit any system error or vulnerability to earn money is prohibited.
• Winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will not be considered valid.

ef999 records all game results and retains them for auditing purposes. In the event of any dispute, these records will be considered the final proof.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ef999 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Applying any strategy with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or introduce malware
• Using stolen bank or payment details
• Harassing or deceiving other users

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ef999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated
• If false information is provided or evidence of fraud is found
• If identity verification documents are not submitted within the specified time
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period
• If the user themselves requests account closure

Users may also close their account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. Any legitimate funds remaining in the balance prior to closure will be returned in accordance with the designated process.

10 Limitation of Liability

While ef999 strives to provide uninterrupted service, it accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault
• If a transaction is delayed due to an issue with a third-party payment provider
• Losses caused by unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, cyber attacks)
• Issues arising from the user's own device or network

ef999's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the user's active account balance.

11 Privacy Policy

14 Changes to Terms and Conditions
